The balding, bearded Crawley combined comedy elements that were reminiscent of Ralphie May’s puns, Sam Kinison’s loud declarations, and Jerry Seinfeld’s everyday observations.

A recurring theme in Crawley’s writing was food. In a recent article, Crawley ridiculed the idea of a “medium rare chicken sandwich” while clumsily stumbling over the word “salmonella.”

Recently, Crawley made fun of a culinary influencer who was attempting to demonstrate to viewers the “proper way to eat a cinnamon roll” by humorously struggling with a multi-consonant term.

“That is some off-ass information about the cinnamon roll and I don’t appreciate it!” Crawley screamed. “You”re going to have all these bougies-ass children walking around eating cinnamon rolls the wrong way!”
