According to Rebecca, she ran into the man last Wednesday at 1 p.m. while strolling south on Idaho Street near the Garfield Elementary School playground. He sprinted by her to the corner, she claims, then turned around and returned. According to Rebecca, there were kids on the playground, and he was grinning and exposing himself to her.

She claims that twenty minutes after the man flashed and violently grabbed her behind, she told the police about the incident. On the North Park Nextdoor app, she shared a post about it. She claims that later on, she came upon one of Katie’s Instagram posts.
